Step 1: Sign Up and Onboard Your Team

Visit LogiTrack’s website and sign up for a free trial.

Invite team members by navigating to Settings > Users and entering their email addresses. Assign roles (e.g., Admin, Warehouse Manager, Supplier) to control access.

Complete the onboarding checklist, which includes connecting your ERP or e-commerce platform.

Step 2: Connect Your Data Sources

Go to Integrations in the left-hand menu.

Select your ERP, e-commerce platform, or warehouse management system (WMS) from the list of supported integrations.

Enter your credentials and authorize LogiTrack to access your data. For custom integrations, use LogiTrack’s REST API or consult the API documentation.

If you’re using IoT devices or RFID tags, configure them in the Devices section. LogiTrack supports popular providers like Zebra, Honeywell, and Siemens.

Step 3: Set Up Your Inventory

Navigate to Inventory > Products and upload your product catalog via CSV or manually.

Define product attributes such as SKU, barcode, weight, and dimensions.

Set up inventory locations (e.g., warehouses, retail stores) in Inventory > Locations. Assign bin locations for granular tracking.

Configure reorder points and safety stock levels for each product to enable automated replenishment.

Step 4: Automate Workflows

Go to Automation > Rules and create rules for common tasks. For example:

Automatically generate a purchase order when stock falls below 10 units.

Send a notification to the warehouse team when a new order is received.

Use the visual workflow builder to design custom automation sequences. Test each rule in sandbox mode before activating it.

Step 5: Track Shipments

Create a shipment in Logistics > Shipments by entering details like origin, destination, carrier, and expected delivery date.

Assign a tracking device (e.g., GPS or IoT sensor) to the shipment. LogiTrack will automatically update the shipment status as it moves through the supply chain.

Monitor shipments in real time on the Tracking Dashboard. Filter by status (e.g., “In Transit,” “Delayed,” “Delivered”).

Step 6: Generate Reports

Navigate to Reports and select a template (e.g., “Inventory Turnover,” “Order Fulfillment”).

Customize the report by adding or removing columns, applying filters, and setting date ranges.

Schedule reports to be emailed to stakeholders daily, weekly, or monthly.

Step 7: Collaborate with Suppliers

Invite suppliers to join your LogiTrack network via the Supplier Portal.

Share relevant data, such as forecasted demand or inventory levels, to improve coordination.

Use the portal to communicate updates, such as changes in delivery schedules or quality issues.

Step 8: Go Live

Run a pilot with a subset of your inventory or a single warehouse to test the system.

Train your team using LogiTrack’s built-in tutorials and webinars.

Gradually roll out the platform across your organization, monitoring performance and gathering feedback.
